Shipping Policy :-

- Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery time depends on the customer’s location and shipping company, usually between 2–7 business days.
- Customers may be contacted before delivery to confirm availability.
- If the customer does not respond or fails to receive the order after multiple delivery attempts, the store reserves the right to cancel the order.
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery area and will be shown before order confirmation.

Return & Exchange Policy :-

- Customers can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with original packaging.
- Used or damaged products caused by misuse cannot be returned or exchanged.
- In case of a manufacturing defect or wrong item received, the product can be exchanged or returned free of charge.
- Shipping fees for returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue was caused by the store.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 3–14 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.
