Return & Exchange Policy

- Customers can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with original packaging.
- Used or damaged products caused by misuse cannot be returned or exchanged.
- In case of a manufacturing defect or wrong item received, the product can be exchanged or returned free of charge.
- Shipping fees for returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue was caused by the store.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 3–14 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.
